*Emergency card can not be downloaded. It must be picked up in the Athletic Training Room.
Paperwork should be turned in by the end of school (June 4th). DO NOT TURN IT IN TO A COACH OR MAIN OFFICE! We are only responsible for paperwork directly turned in to us (Doc B or Mrs. Matocha).You may turn it in in August when we return to school if you have not done so by June 4th.
Athletic Training Room will open at 9:00 am and close at 4:15 pm for the remainder of the school year
Athletic Training Room Hours:
8:00am - 8:45am Be here NO LATER than 8:15am
4:10pm - 5:15pm Be here NO LATER than 5:00pm
Treatments are also available the last 30 minutes of the athletic block for those who come to morning treatments
