Membership Information

The Westwood Football Booster Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide encouragement and generate support for the Westwood football program. the football booster club engages in the following activities:

  1. Positive interaction between the Booster Club, school officials, the coaching staff and players, the student body, and the general public.
  2. Pre-game and post-game rallies and awards ceremonies.
  3. Communication of Westwood football news to parents, students, alumni, and various media
  4. Work for the development os a constructive attitude by all students towards all levels of athletic endeavor.
  5. Fundraising activities.

As the Westwood Football Booster CLub is a 501(c)3 organization, your contribution may be elligible for the company match program where you work. Company match contributions will count towards various contribution levels.

Your Westwood Booster Club membership provides the football program and Westwood athletics with incremental funds to further support Westwood athletics. It is our belief that a strong Westwood athletic program benefits our children, school and community. Listed below is our spending priorities / wish list for 2007 -2008:

  1. 5 scholarships or $1000 each for graduating seniors or the football program. (This will always be our highest priority)
  2. Video equipment for game films.
  3. Computer Lab for Westwood Athletes.
  4. Update coaches office (Mens and Womens)
  5. baseball / football shed. Replace 20+ year old shed that is worn out.
  6. headsets for coaches
  7. training / speed hill
  8. War Room - theatre seating
  9. Update Locker Rooms
  10. Replace weight room floor
  11. Coaches clothing
