JV Orange - 6

Georgetown - 20

The Warriors lost on Thursday night to the Eagles. The Warriors made great strides since their previous games. The defense played good, causing 2 fumbles. The recoveries were by Aikan Graham and Aaron Moore. The game was close all night and the Warriors biggest opportunity to win was snatched out of reach when Carlos Chinchilla’s 70 yard TD run was called back for holding in the 3rd quarter. The Warriors were moving the ball all night, but were unable to score points until Mitchell Gibson ran a 5 yard Td after a fumble recovery. Mitchell Gibson played a great game at Qb both running and throwing. Miles Pierce had some really nice catches. Overall the Warriors team effort was great. The Warriors play Mcneil next week.

JV White - 15

Georgetown - 18

The Westwood Warriors lost their fourth game of the season to the Georgetown Eagles making their record 3-4 on the season. The Warrior offense played well, but came up short in the end. Running back Andrew Meaux scored the first Warrior touchdown. Quarterback Kyle Jacobson connected with Wide Receiver Dalton Buchan for the two point conversion. Matthew Litz also had several big catches on the night. The offensive line consisting of Kent Holmstrom, Tyler Smith, Jordan Fisher, Nic Wyzakowski, and Jake Balog also played well throughout the night. The Warrior defense played one of its best games all season last night against the Georgetown Eagles. The defensive line personnel, consisting of Jacob Levitus, Andrew Potter, Alex Kalupa, Ross Hendrickson, Tyler Smith, James Bigley and Kavin Ajani applied pressure to the quarterback and caused confusion for the Eagle’s front line all night long. Strong side linebacker Jae Suh lead the linebacking chour with a turnover that he returned for a touchdown.

Freshman Orange - 50

Georgetown - 35

The Warriors moved to 4-2-1 with a shootout against Georgetown. The offense started early and continued to score. The defense played well against a solid Georgetown team that would not quit. The offense was led by the offensive line as well as Quinton Marshall and Weslee Rocco. Quarterback Ben Johnson had another good game while throwing and running. The defense held when they needed to and were able to finish the job at the end. The defense was led by Brad Florence, Andrew Medford, Colton Conrad, Tyler Lewis, and Chris Baddour. The Warriors play next week against the McNeil Mavericks.

Freshman White - 0

Georgetown - 35

The Freshman white team dropped its Fourth straight game to Georgetown 0-35 moving the Warrior Freshman White Team to 3 -4 on the season. The Warriors were shut out in the contest despite great effort from the offense and the defense. The Warriors will be looking to bounce back next week against McNeil.
