The Girls Varsity advanced to Regionals!!

From Coach Payten: Congratulations to the girls on winning SECOND PLACE at District! They all ran really well and did what they had to do to beat McNeil!! NO ONE ever gives Westwood credit for having a competitive program. I am so very proud of the girls! Furthermore, if we run as well or better we will be in the TOP FIVE in region. We have much better times than McNeil had last year (when they placed 4th in the region and we placed 16th). Of the girls that are returning, Izzy, Bailey, Kyndal & Katie are running much better than last year PLUS we have added to our youth with Klarissa, Colleen, Ellen and Christy. And thanks go out to Alexandra Manasso for helping the team so much at District!! Go Wood!!
