COACHES -        You will be contacted after the 12:30 games as to who will play for the CHAMPIONSHIP. You can call Coach Montgomery for information.

LAKE TRAVIS – VISTA RIDGE

2007    TOURNAMENT RULES

1.      $75.00 ENTRY FEE & 2 NEW BALLS PER GAME – we need the entry fee $$ the week before the tournament if at all possible!!!!

2.      PLEASE MAKE CHECKS OUT TO YOUR BRACKET SCHOOL, EITHER LAKE TRAVIS OR VISTA RIDGE. You will receive a receipt at the game from the LT & VR coaches.

3.      Admission  $3.00 for adults and $1.00 for students.  3 day pass will be $8.00, 2 day $ 5.00 for adults. No student passes.

4.      No pre game infield.

5.      Home team by coin flip, dugouts 1^st come except when Lake Travis & Vista Ridge play. They will have normal home dugout.

6.      Run rule – 10 after 5 innings, 8 after 6 innings

7.      Trophies for 1^st, 2^nd,  3^rd , 4^th place. 3^rd & 4^th place will be determined by tournament rules.

8.       TIME LIMIT- no inning will start after 2 hours, if tied we will used international rule- play 1 inning with last 2outs(Hitter/runners) starting at 2^nd base & 3^rd base.

9.      If still tied – number of runners to 3^rd, 2^nd, 1^st, coin flip.

10.    CHAMPIONSHIP game will be determined by:

a.      Over all record

b.     runs scored vs runs given up

c.      fewest runs given in 4 tournament games

d.     coin flip

1.      CHAMPIONSHIP GAME NO TIME LIMIT.

2.      Courtesy runner for pitcher / catcher anytime all games.

3.      Please help with your foul balls  and clean up your dugout after each game.
